Here, luxury was delivered. the exclusive amenities really catered for our needs; we felt completely pampered. the service was top, notch, and we received the best full body massage and facial imaginable. We enjoyed spending time in the spa lounge, and indulged in the public terrace for a mini escape. the room advantages were impressive and added to the comfort and luxury of the stay. the Restaurant was amazing, from the In, room breakfasts to the bar/lounge, where we savoured delicious snacks and drinks. Packed lunches were a bonus, and we felt like we were treated to authentic, private dining experiences.

The location of the hotel was convenient depending on the time of day, with easy access to buses etc. the proximity to Forum Istanbul IKEA mall made shopping easy. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with decent options for the price.
The hotel can get noisy due to large crowds of tourists and families.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and always willing to help, whether it was Gurhan who made the check-in procedure quick or Mrs Rasha, who made our stay enjoyable by solving many issues. The hotel facilities were wonderful, especially the rooftop steakhouse and the spa and massage services. the hotel was situated close to a metro station and shopping mall, making it easy to access transportation and amenities.
Hard to think of anything negative.
